Recognizing human capital is a key to our success; Tora is currently seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Certification & QA Engineer to join our team in Jersey. You’ll be part of a company spread across continents (Europe, North America, Asia).  The ability to see problems where others don’t and to put out-of-the-box questions that your team members don’t think about are key components for success in this position.


  • Build and test algorithmic trading components using XML 
  • Prepare certification test plans and test case;
  • Setup test environments;
  • Run integration tests with external (brokers) systems;
  • Coordinate with brokers and our internal teams on various requests related to different production setups (take requests, prepare the necessary setup/run necessary tests or forward to the appropriate team, keep all involved parties updated on the status);
  • Track down different reported problems (this may require to check setups, run tests and/or search through system log files for errors);


  • Basic Linux and XML knowledge;
  • FIX Protocol
  • Basic programming skills (ideally Java);
  • Right to work in Jersey 
  • Bachelor's degree
