Responsible for forming and maintaining connections with business clients to drive sales. Their duties include meeting with clients to discuss new products or services, resolving client issues with their employer’s products or services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences. The responsibilities also include creating and building an Account Manager structure within TORA that supports business growth, client satisfaction, and effective sales and client operation. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned client accounts to ensure the group maximizes expansion opportunities in the given territory
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
    • Managing client-related projects with the goal of increasing revenue
    • Serve as the point of contact for our existing customers and drive all renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Achieve targeted revenue retention and growth goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Handle challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs, and client feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Run account management activities with Salesforce (CRM)


Person Specification Requirements 

  • Previous experience in selling technology solutions, ideally trade execution or portfolio management systems (PMS)
  • Experience in Project Management 
  • Experience working with Prime Brokerage, Hedge Fund, mutual fund space
  • Proven track record in successfully achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Entrepreneurial, customer-focused and solution-minded
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
